
Hoa Nguyen Performs at PICA’s TBA in Dao Strom’s Tender Revolutions/Yellow Songs
Hoa Nguyen appears with Dao Strom, a Portland-based artist, poet, and musician, as Strom stages Tender Revolutions Yellow Songs, a multidisciplinary project and performance at the Portland Institute of Contemporary Art (PICA) for PICA’s 2025 Time-Based Art Festival (TBA). In addition to Strom’s individual work, this appearance features selections from Yellow Echoes, a multimedia poetry/art project project by She Who Has No Master(s).

Co-curated by Hoa Nguyen, Dao Strom, and MyLoan Dinh, this poetic installation, performance, and community engagement takes places at Novilla in Berlin.
