Chicago: Nguyen and Yankelevich Read Nov. 15

Columbia College Chicago’s Creative Writing Department presents the Fall 2016 Reading Series. This reading opens with graduate creative nonfiction student Sara Hendery and closes with a Q&A session with the audience. Hoa Nguyen was born in the Mekong Delta and currently resides in Toronto. Her poetry collections include As Long As Trees Last, Red Juice, Poems 1998-2009, and Violet Energy Ingots.

Matvei Yankelevich is an editor at Ugly Duckling Presse, and a poet and translator. His books include: Boris by the Sea, Alpha Donut, Some World for Dr. Vogt, and Today I Wrote Nothing: The Selected Writings of Daniil Kharms.
